Bill Burns was born and raised in Utah. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2014. He received his Masters of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University in 2020.
Utilizing programming skills, data access skills and complex data modeling he is currently seeking to build models that help in the explanation of complex IT systems in a data driven way.
